The statement expressed Director of the company, Kwo Ah Chong, who said that he knew the perpetrator by name Ri Jong-chol, 47 years, since 2013.

When asked about the temperament Jong-chol, Chong outlines, as is typical of people of North Korea, he is quiet and could not speak English.
"At each of our meetings, he was always accompanied by her daughter 21-year-old studying at a local university as a translator," he said.

Chong was deeply shocked when Jong-chol was arrested.
